Easy Meditation for Beginners

More and more people regularly tell they would like to meditate yet do not how to or how to start…

This is why I decided to start here with you…

 

Meditation is the art of letting go… forget the world and its madness… come back from outside to inside… from having to being…

 

Meditating is both easy and efficient for a number of reasons (relaxation, well-being and health, spirituality, introspection, … )… it may be done anywhere so long as the place is quiet or in nature, inside or outside, alone or in company… 

 

Meditation enables reconnection to self and to the surrounding world so as to find oneself again and reconnect to our own spiritual being…

 

You may seek help to meditate… but you will not need a guru…

Meditation may be practised alone or in company, in family or with children… in silence or to music…

 

Meditation is not exclusively passive… it is active although it is best reserved to soft activities (arts and crafts, gardening, walks and visits, …)…

 

Meditation deepens and improves with time and practice… a few minutes daily away from the maddening crowd are enough…

 

Meditation will promote sharpening your senses and feelings, your psychic abilities… your senses on a general level

It is highly recommended in all stress and/or burnout induced conditions… on a daily basis again…

 

I meditate every day and everywhere… even on busy public transport…
