A guide book for English teachers

English doesn’t stop at lessons and books and exercises.

In life everything moves on… one way or the other… if it’s not forward it’ll be backward…

If you don’t change everything else will… because time waits for no one… and time flies !

Don’t blame yourself… you’re not to blame… neither is your timetable nor your intelligence… you could always do it and you did !

Let’s just say that we’re all only humans and it’s human nature…

Anyone who stops using a skill –or- even a limb come to that matter- will find they are losing the high level of performance of that skill or limb… that explains why we need to maintain and to keep that performance up.

No one and nothing escapes this natural law… what we don’t keep up goes to waste… and so for our memory… and so for languages… even our mother tongue disappear if we don’t take care of it and make sure we keep it up level…

Whether by chance, choice or design… consciously and unconsciously… we keep up and don’t keep up the good work with everything in our life… in our head… our priorities change and are revisited to suit our most urgent needs…

And this is precisely why we are suggesting different levels and language activities and games…

Furthermore, English like many languages moves on… maybe faster in some ways…

That's why I developed the audiobook narration of my books...

Audiobooks offer teaching facility and the option of listening to your favourite book over and over… without the effort of turning the pages even...

They are also great with children who don't read –or don’t want to read-... but enjoy listening to a story... often repeated again and again and again…

Audiobooks present the opportunity of discovering books to be read again later... or to listen to books read in the past...

Audiobooks come in many formats… most of which are easily loaded or downloaded onto most mp3 players or smartphones... or even tablets and phablets !

Remember next time you're going anywhere take an audiobook along !
